The Australian police received reports of drug trafficking activities. They arrested a Chinese drug dealer from Hong Kong, Wen Zhan (played by Sammo Hung), in Sydney. Due to a car crash that resulted in the death of a drug dealer who was assisting Wen Zhan during his escape, and Wen Zhan’s refusal to reveal the mastermind behind the operation, the Australian police handed him over to Inspector Fang Shengling (played by David Wu) from Hong Kong for investigation. Under Fang Shengling's severe interrogation, Wen Zhan finally revealed the mastermind behind the operation, a business tycoon named Wilton. While being escorted to court, Wen Zhan was shot dead by a hitman sent by Wilton. Later, with the help of an Australian female journalist, Fang Shengling found Wilton and discovered the Red Dragon Martial Arts School insignia on Wilton's bodyguard. Fang Shengling investigated the martial arts school alone, delving into the lair, ultimately bringing Wilton to justice.
