Chloe (Kiera Allen) has lived a life dependent on her mother (Sarah Paulson) since birth, with the role of a father never having existed in their world and never to be mentioned. Due to her premature birth, Chloe's health has faced severe setbacks, constantly threatened by death. Nevertheless, her mother has never given up on her; with her strong will, she has raised Chloe. Chloe is frail and wheelchair-bound, relying on her mother for connection to the outside world. With her mother's help, Chloe self-studied to take the university entrance exam and anxiously awaits the results. One day, Chloe begins to suspect the medications she must take daily. After conducting various investigations, she is shocked to discover that these medications are the very cause of her inability to walk.
