The script of this work is by Akita Takeshi and Takimoto Tomoyuki, telling the story of three boys who experienced their youth together and, upon reaching the age of 25, reunite as a police officer, a suspect, and a victim while investigating a murder case. They trace the truth of the event and confront the taboo past sealed deep within their hearts. The truths of the case, which are intricately connected to the three, as well as a deeply hidden past, will gradually surface during the investigation.In the film, Okada Junichi plays Shikata Atsushi, who becomes a police officer to escape his past, but confronts it head-on due to the murder case. Oguri Shun plays Shikata's old friend and suspect in the murder case, Tadori Keita, while Emoto Akira portrays Tadori's childhood friend and the victim of the case, Kawabata Satoru. Nagasawa Masami plays Shikata's wife, and Kimura Fumino plays Tadori's wife, while Nishida Naomi plays Kawabata's wife.
