Xi Zhu (played by Shin Eun-kyung) witnessed her father's murder at the hands of the serial killer Ki-bum (played by Kim Sung-woo) when she was just seven years old. This brutal scene was burned into her memory, and even though many years have passed, the images and the ruthless face of the killer still haunt her. Although Ki-bum ultimately faced the law and was imprisoned, this did not erase the hatred that lingered in Xi Zhu's heart. Fifteen years later, Ki-bum's prison sentence is over and he is released, while Xi Zhu has grown up and begun her revenge plan, determined to take her father's murderer’s life. However, Ki-bum is inherently evil and cunning, and inexperienced Xi Zhu risks becoming another victim instead of achieving revenge. Over the years, detective Da-young (played by Yoon Jae-moon) has taken care of the vulnerable Xi Zhu, and now, as a similar series of murders occurs, he embarks on the pursuit of the killer.
