In 1945, the Allied forces invaded Germany. The project of the mad scientist Dr. Li Ran - the heart of the Frankenstein monster - was secretly transferred by submarine to the Hiroshima Army Hospital in Japan, an ally of Germany, for the purpose of researching the creation of immortal soldiers. However, the nuclear explosion turned everything to ash. Tests showed that although the child had been exposed to nuclear radiation, he was not contaminated at all. However, by this time, Frankenstein had grown to an uncontrollable size and escaped from the hospital. Meanwhile, in the Akita oil field, a devil monster emerged from beneath the ground. Eventually, the two gigantic creatures encountered each other on the plains and engaged in a fierce battle. In the end, Frankenstein defeated the devil monster with fire, but at the same time, a large octopus was quietly approaching him.........
