It has been 16 years since World War II ended, but the political disputes between major powers have not ceased, gradually dividing into two factions: the Federal Camp (capitalism) and the Alliance Camp (communism). After the Korean War, North and South Korea agreed on the 38th Parallel as their boundary. However, a nuclear war between the Soviet Union and the United States could ignite at any moment, causing widespread anxiety among the global population. The Alliance Camp's fleet is conducting exercises in the North Pacific when a missile submarine from the Federal Camp unexpectedly enters the Alliance's exercise area, leading to a conflict with the Alliance submarines. Both sides' missile bases also inadvertently trigger missile launch orders and nuclear explosions, but fortunately, no crisis ultimately arises. However, the tension between the two camps finally erupts, as both air forces engage in combat over the Arctic Bering Sea, and both sides launch missiles from their bases, leading to a full-scale nuclear war. Ultimately, Tokyo and various cities around the world are bombed into a wasteland of devastation and silence.
