After traveling around Africa, the four stars of New York's Central Park continue their journey back to New York and Central Park. However, as long as there are gorillas and that group of penguins "helping" along the way, the journey is not as smooth as imagined. At a casino in Monte Carlo, due to everyone's antics causing a ruckus, they provoke the ruthless Animal Control Captain Dubois (voiced by Frances McDormand), who is determined to capture them. To escape the pursuit, they flee into a circus that is touring Europe. In the circus, they continue their "Madagascar"-style humor, filled with laughs.
