A World War II bomb accidentally detonates in Pimlico, London, uncovering a treasure. It is discovered that, according to records, the area is actually part of French Burgundy and thus should belong to foreign territory. To regain territorial control, the British government attempts to establish border controls and cut off services to the area, while the "Burgundians" fight back.
