Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Michael Cera) are two socially awkward, very different best friends who are about to graduate high school, feeling anxious and afraid of a college life without each other. One weekend, the two experience a stroke of luck when they receive an invitation to a party hosted almost entirely by beautiful girls, provided they supply the necessary alcohol. Their annoying friend Fogel (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) joins them, even getting a fake ID with the stupid name "McLovin." At the party, Seth sets his sights on the organizer Jules, while Evan is interested in Becca, the girl he has math class with, and Fogel chooses to pursue the adventurous Nicola. However, a series of unfortunate coincidences leads the three to a strange place and puts them in conflict with Officers Slater and Michaels. For these three soon-to-be high school graduates, it could be the most terrifying and shameful night of their lives, yet it's also a night they'll remember for the rest of their lives.
