In order to stop his classmates from being bullied, the sunny boy Tōru Kamiyas (played by Shunsuke Michieda) is instructed by the bullies to confess his feelings to his classmate Maiko Hanasaki (played by Riko Fukumoto). Initially intending to see Tōru become a joke, they were surprised when Maiko actually accepted his confession. Afterward, Tōru, feeling uneasy, tries to explain himself, but Maiko suggests they might as well make it real and proposes three somewhat strange terms for their relationship.
