Teddy, the clumsy and talkative guy, is best at ruining everything. He tries to surprise his wife for her birthday but accidentally stumbles into a gangster crime scene and is mistaken for the fearsome hitman known as "The Man from Toronto." To save his own life, Teddy reluctantly goes along with it, pretending to be a hitman and carrying out tasks. Meanwhile, the real hitman has no choice but to team up with Teddy, leading to a series of humorous and dangerous escapades. Their misadventures begin as they embark on this unlikely journey.
