In a small, ordinary town, tough and intimidating detective John Eliott (Vinnie Jones) lives with his beautiful and kind daughter, Heather (Emily Tennant). One day, a cool boy named Robbie Muller (Jake Croker) arrives at Heather's school; he once had a brief encounter with Heather five years ago and was involved in a mysterious and terrifying death incident. Robbie seems to have a crush on Heather, which angers Gregor (Aren Buchholz), who is also pursuing her.
