A former agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) witnesses injustice and saves a woman from a drug dealer, but unexpectedly, his life takes a major turn. The woman convinces him to steal money from the drug dealer, and the two of them escape together, but they soon become the targets of an unhinged drug lord, leading to a bloody game of cat and mouse.
