Tracy (Warren Beatty) is born to be a detective, as he possesses a heart filled with a sense of justice and a hatred for evil. Always at the forefront of crime fighting, Tracy becomes a thorn in the side of gangsters, particularly Caprice (Al Pacino), who harbors a deep hatred for Tracy for thwarting his plans multiple times and decides to eliminate him.
