Once again, Halloween arrives, and young men and women flood the streets, indulging in entertainment and dancing wildly. The enchanting girl Angela (Shannon Elizabeth) notifies everyone through email to attend the Halloween party at Broussard Manor, where Maddy (Monica Keena), Lily (Diora Baird), and Suzanna (Bobbi Sue Luther) and other girls are invited. The manor has a dark history; the former owner Lewis (Michael Arata)'s wife Evangeline (Tatyana Kanavka) committed suicide by hanging, leaving blood splattered everywhere.
