A never-before-robbed bank, thirty million dollars in untraceable bills, ignites a series of thefts. Led by the intelligent criminal Meyer (portrayed by Pablo Schreiber), a group of highly skilled and heavily armed criminals becomes addicted to robbery; despite a string of crimes, they leave few clues, leaving the police helpless. After a cash truck heist, their accomplice Donnie (played by O'Shea Jackson) is exposed by the tough detective Nick (Gerard Butler), who learns that the gang's next target is the Los Angeles Federal Reserve Bank, which has never been robbed, to steal thirty million in old bills set for destruction! Nick sets up a trap to capture them.
