In the sequel to "Alarm 8," Conner (Robbie Amell) has been released from prison and cut off contact with his former criminal partner Garrett (Stephen Amell), working as a janitor at a community center. When Conner is forced to help 14-year-old Pawani (Selena Goulaman) escape from a group of corrupt officials led by Sergeant Jin (Alex Mariar), his attempts to stay out of trouble are shattered.
