The aimless youth Ryuuichi Shirogane (played by Masaki Tsumura) gets into a conflict with some petty delinquents in the chaotic streets of Shinjuku. At a critical moment, he is saved by a man named Masakado (played by Yosuke Eguchi), who invites him to become a talent scout. However, this so-called "talent scout" is actually a collector who stands on the street and approaches attractive women, luring them into the seedy underbelly of the industry. Masakado works for Burst, a talent scouting company, backed by the Yakuza organization known as the Wanzai Group. However, Burst is increasingly unable to satisfy the greed of the Yakuza, with the constant threat of being kicked out. The rival group "Kaguya" is eyeing Burst's territory, led by its head Nishi Yoshihito (played by Takayuki Yamada), who seems particularly resentful towards Shirogane. Desiring to make the young women feel happy, Shirogane witnesses a tragedy involving one girl and resolves to rescue Koharu (played by Erika Sawajiri) from hell. On the streets where hope and tomorrow are unseen, men and women run with all their might... The film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Kengo Hanazawa.
