The story takes place in the early 1990s, during the AIDS crisis, when a grassroots organization called "ACT UP" came to the public's attention. It brought together not only the LGBTQ+ community but also patients suffering from AIDS who were waiting for medical assistance. The organization aimed to raise public and governmental awareness through some radical social activities. Nathan (Arnaud Valois) is a newcomer who has just joined the organization, where he meets an active member named Sean (Nahuel Pérez Biscayart). As time goes by, their feelings for each other slowly develop. Sean is seriously ill and his condition continues to worsen, yet he actively engages in the fight. During this process, Nathan's role shifts from that of a lover to a caretaker, and his feelings for Sean and the ACT UP organization undergo tremendous changes.
