On a bustling night in New Orleans, the FBI is closing in on the internationally notorious terrorist Miles Jackson (played by Aidan Gillen). That night, cunning Miles is making a deal with another group of criminals. He tricks and kills his opponent, leaving the FBI spinning in circles. Local police officer Danny Fisher (played by John Cena) is ordered to join the operation and stumbles upon the car driven by Miles and his girlfriend. After an intense chase, Miles is finally captured, but his girlfriend tragically dies in a car crash. A year later, Miles successfully escapes from prison. He kidnaps Danny's girlfriend Molly Porter (played by Ashley Scott). He has set up 12 deadly challenges for Danny, and a life-and-death game of danger begins...
