A virus outbreak leads to a chilling massacre sweeping through the streets of Montevideo. The patients turn into hunters, needing to ruthlessly kill all the uninfected to quell their fever. Unaware of this, Alice and her daughter spend a day at the sports club where Alice works as a security guard. As night falls, a relentless battle is about to begin.
