A common fishmonger named Shiro is suddenly informed of his true identity and inherits the title of Daimyo. What he thought was a beautiful fairytale of a swan from an ugly duckling turns out to be a nightmare: his territory is deep in debt, amounting to approximately 10 billion yen today, and there are shocking conspiracies lurking behind it.
