She rents a terrace apartment and during this time, she meets her enthusiastic neighbor Maki Inukuma (played by Maki Sakai) and helps her friend Yuka (played by Seira Aoi), who is undergoing a marital crisis. Thanks to a kind introduction from her former boss, she gets a job at a company run by Shunichiro Kudo (played by Eisaku Yoshida).
