In a corner of a bustling metropolis, an Italian restaurant celebrates its grand opening. On this day, the manager, Takahiko Yagisawa (played by Hiroki Narimiya), respectfully welcomes guests including businesswoman Riko Tominaga (played by Hitomi Kuroki), House of Representatives member Shingo Yokote (played by Akira Nakao), obstetric nurse Hitomi Shimamura (played by Yumi Adachi), and TV director Hiroshi Kawai (played by Ken Ishiguro), among 11 others.
