In the United States, over 1/3 of women have experienced sexual assault, and 80% have gone through trauma syndromes. One day in the Southern U.S., a Black girl named Renesha is sexually assaulted after a party. When she decides to seek help, she finds herself helplessly lost in the complex medical administration and judicial system. Her once sweet and stable romantic relationship seems to be tested.
