Daniel Gaere, a shy boy often ridiculed by classmates as a girl, and Theo Lelouart, a transfer student whose name is frequently associated with gasoline, find an outlet for their frustrations and come up with a crazy adventure plan. As summer vacation arrives, the two boys are not at all interested in spending a boring summer with their families. With a lawnmower engine and a few wooden boards, they creatively build their own powered caravan and embark on a road trip across various towns in France.
