The story takes place in a mental health facility — Kajiwara Hidemaru (played by Shofukutei Tsurube) was sentenced to death for killing his mother and wife but miraculously survived during the execution. Azhong (played by Ayano Go) was once an ordinary office worker, but due to increasingly severe auditory hallucinations, he faced discrimination and ultimately lost his job, leading to a disastrous life. Yuki (played by Nana Komatsu), a high school girl, strongly resists going to school and spends all her time locked in her room as a recluse, eventually being sent to the facility by her parents who can no longer tolerate her behavior.
