The client is a mafia boss who engages in BDSM with a prostitute in a hotel within a tall building. He instructs the prostitute to face away from him while lying against the floor-to-ceiling glass window, twisting her hips. This shot may have been captured by a helicopter: from noon to the evening dusk, light and shadow perform geometric movements between the skyscrapers, with the prostitute remaining on the giant glass window. The client's request is simple: to twist until she is "wet." Afterward, the client asks the prostitute, "What kind of person do you think you are?" The prostitute replies, "I am a person with almost no value." The client responds, "Wrong, you have great potential; you need to believe in yourself." Then he sighs, "Sigh, I've lived over 40 years and realized that I am actually a pathetic person." ... The film reveals the perversions and failures of the wealthy and middle-class in Japanese society.
