A mysterious group of special forces veterans is accepting a job from their employer in a warehouse in the outskirts. Each member has unique skills: Sam (Robert De Niro) is a former CIA officer, Vincent (Jean Reno) is a former European intelligence officer, and Gregor (Stellan Skarsgård) is a German electronics expert. They are joined by British weapons specialist Spence (Sean Bean) and driver Larry. The group is tasked with attacking an armed convoy and stealing a mysterious briefcase. After a series of intense chases and shootouts, they manage to get the case, only to find that Gregor has betrayed the organization, fleeing with the briefcase and trying to sell it to the Russians. However, during the subsequent efforts to retrieve the case, betrayal seems to loom over the group like a curse, and amidst a series of terrifying pursuits and twists, the members can no longer distinguish friend from foe...
