Based on a true story, "The Firebird" is a Cold War thriller set in 1970s Soviet Union. The story follows Sergey, a troubled conscript, his best friend Luisa, a charming and ambitious base commander's secretary, and a daring young fighter pilot, Roman, as they navigate a dangerous love triangle.
