When the government actively eliminates gangs and the mafia from society, Lin Jinpen decides to wash his hands and start anew. He returns to Saigon to live quietly with his newlywed wife and his teenage daughter, Hailin, in a poor community. However, the shadows of the past still haunt Lin, and one day, his daughter Hailin suddenly goes missing. Left with no choice, Lin is forced to return to the underworld and begins seeking help from old friends. After gaining information about his daughter, he decides to set out alone to find her.
