The boys' high school - Asahi High School, is a school filled with delinquents. These boys, who are in the turbulent age of adolescence, seem to be unable to see the direction of their future. They conquer their opponents with their fists, striving for the top, proving the significance of their existence. However, the students here have invented a new way to determine the boss: challengers who consider themselves capable line up and stand outside the railing on the rooftop terrace, and with the command, they release their grip on the railing and clap their hands. The one who can clap the most times without falling off the building can be crowned the boss of Asahi High School. After a thrilling competition, the third-year freshman Kijou (played by Ryuhei Matsuda) successfully claims the title with an impressive score of eight claps.
