Due to her weak health, Soon-yi (Park Bo-young) and her mother move from Seoul to a villa in the countryside for her recuperation. While tidying up the house, Soon-yi unexpectedly discovers a wolf boy (Song Joong-ki) left behind by the mysterious former owner Dr. Park in the warehouse. Out of kindness, Soon-yi's mother takes in this wild boy, naming him Cheol-soo, and thus the four of them begin to live under one roof. Initially, Soon-yi is put off by the boy who cannot speak and eats in a ravenous manner, but as they spend time together, she develops a desire to care for and train Cheol-soo. She starts teaching him how to eat, read, write, and even plays guitar for him, and Cheol-soo appreciates Soon-yi’s warm affection, earnestly learning what she teaches him. Lonely Soon-yi grows happier as Cheol-soo gradually integrates into her world, developing a unique love for him. However, this happiness is shattered by Ji-tae (Yoo Yeon-seok), who has his eyes on the wolf boy and schemingly gathers various forces to hunt Cheol-soo. In order to protect Cheol-soo, Soon-yi must face the reality of separating from the ones she loves. This film is the directorial debut of Cho Sung-hee.
