Twelve years ago, the Haiti earthquake caused Victor Fielding (Leslie Odom Jr.) to lose his beloved wife. In the years that followed, he raised his daughter Angela (Lidya Jewett), born in the last moments before his wife's passing, alone, and the tragedy seemed to strip this strong man of any faith. Their peaceful days were shattered unexpectedly when one day Angela and her friend Katherine (Olivia Marcum) went missing, only to be found three days later. For the two girls, it seemed they had only left home for an hour. Even more bizarre, shortly afterward, a series of supernatural events began to occur around the girls. Victor painfully realizes that a terrifying presence seems to have taken over the girls' bodies...
