Wako (played by Machiko Ono) encounters a stranger named Rin (played by Hinako Saeki), who is injured and using crutches, on her way home from work. Rin has an injury to her left foot and is wearing a heavy white cast, limiting her mobility. Wako notices the stranger and expresses her willingness to help. However, when Wako offers assistance, Rin speaks in a somewhat unnatural and impolite commanding tone, asking Wako to help her take off her high heel from her right foot, claiming it is uncomfortable.
