Due to the experience of losing his family at a young age, Nam Soon (played by Kwon Sang Woo) has lost the ability to feel physical pain; in his world, he is unaware of all bodily suffering. This seemingly good defect brings many negative impacts to Nam Soon, and slowly, it appears that even his heart has become numb. At this moment, a girl named Jung Dong Hyun (played by Jung Ryeo Won) enters his life. In contrast to Nam Soon, Dong Hyun not only feels pain, but is also extremely sensitive; even the slightest injury can be fatal for her. Despite this, Dong Hyun remains a vibrant and cheerful girl, and her qualities gradually touch Nam Soon. The two initially find each other unpleasant, but as they are drawn to one another, they begin to melt each other's hearts through a series of events. However, faced with numerous challenges due to their contrasting perceptions, will the two be able to hold hands and continue their journey together...? This film is adapted from the namesake comic by Korean artist Kang Cho, whose multiple works have been adapted into movies and television series.
