Mel Gibson, Charlie Hunnam, and Eiza González (Baby Driver) will star in the action thriller "Waldo," directed by Tim Kirby (Londoners, Veep). Based on the novel "Last Looks" by Howard Gould, it tells the story of former Los Angeles detective Charlie Waldo (Hunnam), whose reputation is ruined and now lives as a minimalist in the woods. His quiet life is abruptly interrupted when he returns to work as a private investigator to look into the murder of an eccentric television star's wife. Filming is set to begin in the first quarter of 2019.
