Aerospace engineer Jim is working on a secret project to fly into space in a mini rocket he built entirely by hand and perform a spacewalk, but one challenge after another arises. Can his dream still be realized? This film takes a different approach within the sci-fi genre, abandoning the grand narrative of commercial space exploration and tracing back to the original intent of sci-fi stories through the trials and tribulations of a "makeshift crew", dressing a Hollywood-style dream-chasing journey in a realistic cloak. French actor Nicolas Gilard both wrote, directed, and starred in this film, composing a space poem dedicated to ordinary people. It was selected for the main competition at the 2022 Cairo International Film Festival.
