This film tells the story of veteran LAPD officer Ray Mandel and rookie cop Nick Holland as they spend an unforgettable night chasing two murderers on the loose. The two killers are evading capture after committing their crimes and are searching for more victims. Mandel and Holland must fight through this dangerous city.
