The story takes place on a Christmas Eve filled with festive spirit, where a mysterious letter brings together five men of different personalities at a seaside inn called "Umi no Ie." They are the super narcissistic Sugimoto (played by Takayuki Yamada), the flirtatious yet unlucky in love Nekota (played by Kazuya Takahashi), the carefree and boisterous Nikaido (played by Yuto Koyanagi), the shark enthusiast Matsuyama (played by Yutaka Yamamoto), and the owner of Umi no Ie (played by Jiro Sato). The writer of the letter is a woman named Eriko (played by Erika Toda), who, during their time together, became the object of affection for all of them due to her beauty and cheerful personality. This time, upon receiving Eriko's letter, they all firmly believe that they are the one she truly loves. As time passes, a figure appears at the door of Umi no Ie, but it is not Eriko; instead, it is the lawyer trying to dismantle Umi no Ie.
