Bart (played by Tye Sheridan) is a very introverted young man who works the night shift as a clerk in a hotel to treat his autism and improve his social skills. His greatest interest is observing the various behaviors of the guests through the hotel's surveillance cameras. One day, a woman is murdered in the hotel, and the only person present, Bart, becomes the prime suspect. What frightens Bart is that the killer seems to have no intention of stopping, as more murders follow. To clear his name, Bart decides to hunt down the killer. During this process, he sparks a romantic connection with a guest named Andrea (played by Ana de Armas). Bart must hurry to find the true culprit because if he doesn't, Andrea may become the killer's next target.
