In a bustling, vibrant metropolis, a notorious criminal gang looms over the city, consisting of skilled and diverse villains: the pickpocket “Big Bad Wolf” (voiced by Sam Rockwell), the safecracker “Greedy Snake” (voiced by Marc Maron), the master of disguise “Shark” (voiced by Craig Robinson), the thug “Piranha” (voiced by Anthony Ramos), and the hacker expert “Hack Spider” (voiced by Awkwafina). However, when the clever and capable Mayor Diane Fox (voiced by Zazie Beetz) takes office, the bad guys’ good days come to an end.
