A small island floating quietly in the Edo period's Fukagawa moat. Within it stood a one-meal eatery called "Anrakutei." This place, where rogues gathered, was suspected of having engaged in smuggling (the illicit trade of restricted goods) for some time, and even the town magistrate rarely ventured there.
