Adapted from Tetsuya Tsutsui's manga of the same name. The story takes place on the remote Pigari Island, where the population and resources are scarce. Young man Keita Izumi (played by Ryuhei Matsuda) successfully attracts significant investment with his production of black figs. Kenichi Matsuyama plays Jun Tanabe, a hunter who grew up with Keita, and their fates change due to a murder case.
