The film "Friends' Crimes," starring Toma Ikuta and Eita, is a juvenile offender-themed movie based on the novel of the same name by Gaku Yamamura, directed by Keiichi Sato. The story revolves around Junichi Masuda (played by Ikuta), who abandons his dream of becoming a journalist to work in a small factory, and gradually builds a friendship with Hidetoshi Suzuki (played by Eita), who joined the company at the same time. However, a child murder case occurs in a nearby town, which people say is very similar to one that happened 17 years ago when the perpetrator was a 14-year-old boy. He has since been released from prison, and no one knows his whereabouts. Masuda sees a photo of the criminal from 17 years ago and begins to suspect that Suzuki is the perpetrator of the series of child murders from 17 years ago.
