A woman named Brooke (Alice Eve) rushes to catch a train to Boston at 1:30 but ultimately misses it. Nick (Chris Evans) picks up her phone, which she accidentally dropped in her haste. Learning that she must get home in time, Nick wants to help, but his credit card doesn't work. By chance, the two strangers reconnect with their life's direction through conversations from their hearts.
