In the same mountaineering club, Satsuki (played by Eriko Toda) and senior Koichi (played by Tori Matsuzaka) have mutual feelings for each other. When a senior student is diagnosed with a blood disease, the two discover shocking truths behind their fates during a blood test, but this is just a glimpse of a dark destiny. Meanwhile, Rika (played by Nao Matsushita), a jobless English teacher with a grandmother suffering from cancer who urgently needs treatment, sees no way out and hopes to seek help from Mr. K, who has been sending them flowers regularly for many years. In her search for K's whereabouts, she inadvertently pushes open the door to destiny. "Snow, Moon, Flower," seemingly meaningless mysterious incantations, intertwine the fates of three women… This film is adapted from the original work by Kanae Minato.
