In the recently concluded World Police Championship, the self-satisfied Inspector Kazuki Kazamatsuri (played by Kippei Shiina) of the National Police Agency performed remarkably well, overcoming numerous challenges to seize the championship. Returning home with accolades, Kazamatsuri feels proud yet fears becoming the target of criminal assassination. During his vacation, he takes his loyal maid Mitsukawa (played by Kimiko Yo) to the renowned Ryugu Onsen for relaxation. However, upon arriving, they unexpectedly encounter the perfect locked-room murder case involving the inn's owner, Madame Kinue (played by Kie Nemoto).
