High school girl Kei Tsuchiya is a karate expert, best known for her high kicks that knock down opponents. However, her dojo master, Matsumura, is unwilling to grant her a black belt. A group of martial arts experts, known as the "Destroyers," uses violence to eliminate threats for their clients. In a rebellious move, Kei surprisingly joins this group.
