Based on a true story, American boy Zach Sobiech was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at the age of 14 (he passed away at 18). Multiple surgeries and chemotherapy did not halt the progression of cancer. After learning he had only a few months to live, he wrote the song "Cloud," expressing gratitude for the people around him and everything he experienced, facing it all with optimism.
